AGI Consulting, LLC is a private limited liability company based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, U.S.A. Established in 1992 for the purpose of providing technical assistance to organizations, individuals and agencies around the globe in areas of leadership, quality management, accreditation, policy development, and capacity building. AGI's main focus is quality management, preparing organizations and academic institutions for accreditation, training and education. Other services include; primary healthcare improvement, and hospital administration.


American Gulf International was founded in Oklahoma City in 1992 with the goal of improving the performance of  organizations including hospitals, clinics, and universities around the world.  For more than 25 years now, AGI has worked with clients globally to strengthen their systems and and reduce the risks that can occur performing quality processes.

AGI’s projects include healthcare, general administration, training, accreditation, and management of resources. AGI’s ventures have included administering projects in accreditation, delivering skills building workshops, professional training, resources management, systems assessments and strengthening, organizational restructuring, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.

Today, AGI’s team of professionals and consultants have worked in over 13 countries in North America, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Our Services

American Gulf International has been delivering best practice and quality training courses and technical assistance to professionals and organizations for more than 25 years. The scope of AGI’s projects include leadership and management training, curriculum development, strategic planning, quality assurance, accreditation, healthcare administration, and system assessment and development. The organization has proven capacity to develop curricula and provide training in a number of areas using adult learning techniques focused on learning styles and group dynamics.

AGI workshops and conferences have been organized and delivered to hundreds of individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures and languages in various settings worldwide.  The organization has pioneered a set of methodologies in the implementation and monitoring of the quality improvement process and been instrumental in transforming leadership practices to meet and exceed individual leadership goals, business standards and/or compliance requirements. Corporate and governmental clients (USAID) with projects of same scope and/or size include international government agencies, healthcare organizations, training agencies, and Universities. AGI has offices in Oklahoma, Amman/Jordan, and Ankara/Turkey. AGI is a women-owned small business operating within a HUB Zone.
